About
Who’s behind Avently.
Avently is a Canadian service, run from Ontario, that sends event invitations over WhatsApp and records every guest’s reply in the host’s guest list. One person builds and runs it.

I built Avently because I kept running into the same problems: tracking who had been invited, who had answered, and the logistics around every event, especially for groups.
Avently now does that tracking. It sends each guest a personal WhatsApp invitation with buttons to answer, asks your follow-up questions, and writes every reply into your guest list as it arrives. For associations and clubs, it also verifies members before they join a WhatsApp group, runs team outreach, and confirms panel speakers.
I answer every email to info@avently.studio myself. If something isn’t working, or you want to know whether Avently fits your event, write to me there.
