Every plan sends event invitations and runs panel events, where speakers confirm their time slots with one tap. All include WhatsApp delivery, follow-up questions, a live dashboard, Google Sheets sync and two reminders per guest.

We count invitations sent, not guests who attend. A no costs the same as a yes, and replies never change your bill. The single-event prices are what the curve comes to at 50 and 100 invitations.

Questions

What counts as an invite?: One invitation to one phone number. We count what goes out, not who comes, so a guest who declines or never replies costs the same as one who attends. US and opted-out numbers are skipped before you pay.
How does the free allowance work?: Your first 25 invitations each calendar month are free, across all your events, and the allowance resets on the 1st. If an event runs past it, only the extra invitations are charged.
Can I invite guests in the United States?: Not with invitations. WhatsApp blocks them to US numbers, so Avently skips those numbers before you pay. Member verification, team outreach and panel confirmations do reach US numbers.
Is there a monthly plan?: Yes. Unlimited starts at $79 CAD a month and includes member verification and team outreach, with nothing per event. Each event can reach up to 250 invitations; fair use applies as set out in our Terms. Email info@avently.studio to set it up.
What if I add one more guest?: At most $1.20, and less once you’re past 50 invitations that month. There are no price jumps — the running total is shown before you send.
What if I run several events in a month?: Each one costs less, because the rate falls with every invitation you send that month. Three events of 100 invitations in one month cost $49, $35 and $35: $119 CAD in all.
Do I get a receipt?: Yes. When you pay for an event, Stripe emails a receipt to the address you signed in with.
Is door check-in included?: With any paid event and on Unlimited. An event that went out on the free allowance can unlock it for $19 CAD, once, for that event; it is refundable until the event starts.
Refunds?: Your first paid event is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: email info@avently.studio within 7 days of paying and we’ll refund it in full, even if the invitations have gone out. After that, payments are final once invitations have been sent. If a launch fails on our side, we refund it.
